At OTCF, we believe that a safe and transparent
working environment is key to building
stable relationships with our business partners.
We are guided by the principles of fairness
and transparency, therefore, in line with the Act on the
Protection of Whistleblowers of 14 June 2024:
-
we make it possible to report law violations in the context of
working, providing services or holding a function at OTCF S.A.
under the “SPEAK UP” initiative.
-
we introduce rules for making such reports and verifying them,
set out in the “SPEAK UP” Internal Whistleblowing Procedure.
We implement these measures not only to ensure compliance with legal requirements, but also in order
to create a space where each of our partners can feel safe and confident.
The primary channel for reporting breaches is the EY VCO* platform,
delivered by an external provider. EY VCO makes it possible to make
reports anonymously, securely and confidentially.
Important
The process of submitting a report involves filling in the
form available in EY VCO and ends in displaying
a unique token assigned to the report,
which can be used for checking the status of the report
and for communicating with the persons responsible
for verifying submitted reports at OTCF S.A. The token should
be saved and stored in a safe place,
as it will not be displayed again.
If the person making the report provides a contact email address,
the token will be sent to that address.
