OTCF, owner of 4F brand, is continuing growth in Poland. Enlarged stores are being re-opened in Koszalin, Opole and Krakow. A total of 5 new stores will be opened later this year, while over a dozen will increase their floor area.
There are currently 174 stores under the 4F brand across Poland. While the first foreign 4F stores opened in 2016 in Latvia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Romania, Poland remains the main and key market for OTCF S.A.
“We are currently working on remodelling store and increasing their area, and have plans to open several new stores. Our decision to increase the area of numerous 4F locations is driven by growing sales, as well as our intention to display a broader product range. These stores incorporate a new visual design, while considering consumer expectations of increased space. New store locations in turn are driven by growing demand in our brand and our wish to be accessible to more customers,” explains Małgorzata Gabryś, Head of Expansion & Investment at OTCF S.A.
This April, 4F stores were enlarged in Koszalin (CH Atrium) and Opole (CH Karolinka), with a space and interior design change scheduled for the Krakow store in CH Bonarka in May. A new store will be opened also in Koszalin (CH Emka). In total, 4F will open five new locations by the end of 2017, with over a dozen to undergo enlargement and redesign.
Besides retail presence, 4F brand products are available in 33 markets via a developed wholesale network, with products offered at more than 300 multibrand stores. OTCF plans to gradually increase its retail sales on new markets, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, over the next 5 years.
